In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following practices to reduce the risk for our clients and ourselves.
> We have temporarily suspended client visits to our offices.
> Our photographer will be wearing a mask during shoot appointments. Agents, stagers, sellers, as well as anyone else present during the shoot appointment will be asked to also wear an appropriate face covering as per CDC guidelines.
> Social distancing will be strictly followed by our photographer during the shoot appointment.
> No surfaces within the property will be touched by us. Any doors that must be opened / closed during shooting will be handled only with a sanitized, gloved hand. To eliminate unneeded touching of surfaces, we also request that all lighting be switched on before we arrive (ceiling fans switched off), and all window treatments be pre-adjusted as needed.
